Electrospinning instrument E06 introduction

Syringe pump for electrospinning

(1)  There are two built-in syringe pumps, both of which are one-push three (three-channel) syringe pumps, which can be independently controlled.

(2)  Can switch between automatic and manual liquid supply modes.

(3)  Large thrust: suitable for high-viscosity solutions.

(4)  Effectively isolated from solution to avoid being corroded by solution, make pump have a long service life.

(5)  High voltage electrostatic protection design is adopted to avoid the discharge problem when the high voltage value is too high, and meet the requirements of the process parameters for spinning.

Electrospinning nanofiber collector

(1)  High speed roller collector: aligned nanofibers preparable; Lightweight design, net weight is only 1.5 kg for high speed and high precision.

(2)  L-shaped flat collector: to collect nanofibers on a flat surface for rapid experiments.

(3)  Roller collector: effective width 200mm, diameter ø80mm; roller speed: 100 ~ 3000r/min adjustable.

(4)  Flat collector: L-shaped 180mm*220mm.

There are other nanofiber collection devices available for selection. Tube collectors, cage collectors, disc collectors, parallel electrode collectors, and small continuous rewinding and unwinding device can be flexibly added according to user needs.

(1)  X-axis manual displacement spinning stroke range: 50 ~ 250mm.

(2)  Y-axis automatic motion platform: reciprocating stroke 200mm; positioning accuracy ≤ 0.03mm.

(3)  Z-axis manual lifting platform: 0 ~ 100mm adjustable.

Internal environmental control system

(1) Nano far-infrared microcrystalline electric heating plate: infrared radiation principle, stable heating, strong penetration, fast heating speed, promote the spinning process of solvent volatilization;  heating efficiency is 2-3 times higher than the traditional electric heating plate, which is more energy saving; Equipped with a strong fan, in order to make the internal temperature of the machine more uniform.

(2) Fast and precise control of spinning environment temperature or humidity, to ensure the optimal spinning conditions of different materials, to prevent spinning spray, drip, the growth of flocculent nanofiber stacks and other problems caused by inappropriate conditions.

(3) The intake system is equipped with oil-free air compressor and oil-water separator to ensure the output of dry air to the spinning chamber; Oil-free air compressor can be controlled independently, which can avoid repeated starting and ensure the operating life of equipment.

(4) Built-in exhaust fan, can be connected to the external exhaust duct, convenient and timely discharge of volatile toxic solvents.

(5) UV lamp can sterilize in the machine.

(6) Equipped with a two-layer coaxial nozzle to prepare hollow, coaxial, core-shell, and other nanofibers.
